The view is AMAZING

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
We have had a leak in the ceiling, but it was repaired, repainted and the carpet cleaned. Move in condition was excellent. Building is quiet, the only time I hear the neighbors in the guy upstairs on his treadmill. Nice amenities, gym and indoor pool included.
