When I moved in 2 years ago, it was all good. Good response on maintenance. Lately, maintenance has just turned a deaf ear. Our kitchen sink is leaking and flys and mosquitoes have grown in numbers. We cannot keep garbage in our house anymore. But no response from maintenance. I am definitely moving out. I would no more recommend these apartments just for the view.

Why would you want to keep garbage in your apartment? The garbage shoot is just down the hall. I've lived here for 4 years and I haven't had any flies or mosquitoes in my apartment.

I have lived here for almost a year now and I have had no problems with flies or mosquitoes either. There is a garbage room on each floor..so your floor should have one, like every other floor. I have no problem with maintenance. They usually come by within 48hrs and are very helpful. What about the pool?? Tell them about the pool, the view etc. Guys the gym kinda sucks but they have recently bought 2 new bikes. The pool is indoor, open all year round ( except wednesdays, it's always warm, The guards always look out for you, you feel safe here. My lease is almost up and I'm def. staying here longer. I LOVE LOVE LOVE it here.
