Yes, the apartments are unique and nice but it's not worth the trade-off for horrible management and even worse maintenance. Management has no clue, they are rude and inefficient. Maintenance is worthless. You may get a nice looking apartment for the money but that's all, there is little else redeeming about Powder Mill Heights. Stay away.
