I lived here a few years ago (just found out about this site - that's why I am commenting so late), but had such a great experience here that I'd like others to be able to experience that as well, and not be scared off by anything negative you see here... First off, the views from the city facing apartments and the common balconies are some of the best in the entire state of NJ... watching fireworks from up there on the 4th is a very memorable experience... Indoor parking is great, you can't get any safer, the apartments are HUGE, the indoor pool is awesome, and everyone is generally very friendly. There are no loud college kids or riff raff in powder mill. My only complaints would be that the "fitness center" is little more than a few old treadmills, and that there are a few water leakage problems here and there, but maintanance was always quick to take care of them. Also, guest parking is very limited... But, This was my favorite place I have ever lived - wish I had never left to buy my own home!
