Hideous. I can't wait to leave. The pool is filthy, the gym full of broken equipment, leaking roof, dreadful bathrooms, slow maintenance etc. Avoid at all costs.

The pool is VERY clean. What are you talking about?
Yes the gym is filled with broken equipment BUT they recently placed 2 spanking new ones in there.
Maintenance comes within 48hrs and they are VERY polite.
Are you renting at Powder mill heights???? Can't be... The bathrooms are great.
I love it here. Very spacious, very peaceful, very safe.
Still cannot get over what you mean by the pool is filthy.

The pool is not filthy for sure! It is clean, and we love it. the gym equipments are outdated and boring. the maintenance is slow, but polite. (slow means...really slow, I'm stuck with a broken dryer for the past 3 weeks!!!) The bathrooms are great.
But the kitchen equipments are LAST GENERATION. The oven is a junk!
