This is a nice place, I found a renovated model and own it. Being a Co-Op, the fees are high. Parking is tough though. One space per unit, and barely no visitors parking. If you live here, you will have dents in your car. Garages are availible too, but be ready to wait. I have been waiting six months now. There are 6 or 8 visitors parking spaces for over 20 units, so get to know your neighbors. The maintainance people are a little slow to the commands too. If you can fix it yourself, then do it. Laundry facilities leave a little to be desired also. All in all with these defects, the place is nice and relatively quiet for all the people living there.
