From Co-op to Condo $$$

Not only is it a great starter Home I bought it 12 mos ago for 115,000, and sunk 30K into updating the entire unit. Since then the community has decided to convert from a co-op to all condos. This is ideal because in the past maintenance dues ran as high as 600/mos, now they will be less then half of that, and units not half as nice as mine are selling for upwards of $210,000. The location is ideal, 5 minutes from both the Denville and Morris Plains train stations, and only minutes from all the major interstates(287, 80, 24, 78, 46). The pool is good for relaxing in the summer, and there are tennis courts and a gym to keep you busy. If you're lucky you may be able to get a garage for another $50/mos, otherwise you are given 1 free spot, and there are some visitors spots although they go pretty fast. Most people are pleasent, the younger crowd a little more so then the older folks. If you're starting out, and you can afford to get in, you can't go wrong.
