Ok so here is the latest on the Mountain Club.
The community is in the process of upgrading the
drainage around the buildings. So far im told half
are completed. Sidewalks are being repaved and grounds
are being landscaped. The jacuzzi tub in the pool was
just fixed and basements are in the process of getting
new storage units. With the recession, rents have come
down a bit.

I have been looking into purchasing a condo there. I haven't been able to get a straight answer if dogs are allowed. Can anyone give me an answer to this question, please?

No Dogs are allowed, only cats under 25lbs. Hope that helps

Some people have dogs. As long as they arent loud and you curb them. Ive never had a problem.
