I've lived at the Mountain Club since 2004 and what a change it has gone through, and is still going through. The community facilities have all been updated or are being updated, many of the owners have taken the initiative and updated their own units. Its only a few miles from NJ Transit Trains into NY and Morristown and very close to all the major highways. In the summer the pool is fabulous and there is also Tennis Courts and a gym. You'll often see residents out walking around when the weather is nice. Everyone is very friendly. There is adequate parking, although extra visitor parking would be appreciated. For $50 a month there is garages available, although they can't be used for storage, although the apartments do have more closet space then I've seen anywhere else. Also when compared to other local communities there is no comparison especially since the Mountain Club converted from Co-ops to Condos a few years ago. Theres shopping nearby and county parks. All in all I've been very pleased with the community...just wish taxes and dues would stop going up....although the school district is great so can't complain too much about the taxes, and the dues seem to be making a real difference.
