Check everything before renting

I moved at the beginning of the year, and thus far am not impressed with anything. Here's my complaints:
1. Check the laundry room, our washers and dryer look brand new, high efficency, nice, but don't work correctly. I've done laundry twice, called to have them fixed, they "fix" them, and I use them again ---they still don't work. So I've wasted money each time. The first time I used one, it didn't do the spin cycle and my clothes were soaking wet. I had to dry them twice and then hang dry them afterwards. The second time, I used the other washer and it went through the minutes but never did anything.
2. The company they have hired to shovel, I caught one of them urinating on the building wall on the backside by the laundry room. DISGUSTING! I complained to the girl at the office, she apoligized, but I still see the guy working.
3. Sauna that they claim to have...yeah, it's "Out of service"...I wonder how long it's been out of service'''
4. Claim to have storage in the basements for each apartment. Make sure to check this, our building basement was renovated over a year ago, and they have yet to put the storage cages in, therefore we can not store anything there.
5. Getting a hold of management is a pain. You call a number and if it's off hours, it's just an answer service and they take a note to give to management. Who then usually won't call you back.
Pros...I do have some. They allow 1 cat and don't charge extra fees or pet rent. Also heat is included in the cost, so that is very nice! They keep the parking spots cleared out really well and often during and after snowfall.
