I just moved in a few months ago and so far so good. I dont think I would buy here as the prices are too high for an (APT) but the place is nice. They are redoing the landscape, basements, and sidewalks. So far very nice. It is very quiet here. The people seem nice. Biggest problem is the Pool and Gym have terrible hours and parking is terrible with more than one car unless you pay $50 extra month for a garage. Too many tenants use Visitors spaces so my visitors never have a spot. This needs to be addressed! However the area is nice and it is mostly young couples.
