Great Apartments - We moved in June 30th and absolutely love our apartment. It is a huge two bedroom/two bathroom with a view to die for. Avoid Hideous. I can't wait to leave. The pool is filthy, the gym full of broken equipment, leaking roof, dreadful bathrooms, slow maintenance etc. Avoid at all costs.

good over all We've been living in this great view apt for 1 yr. The view is great!!! The rent is very high. In door parking is very good!!
We had a bad washer/dryer and dishwasher when we moved in. It was replaced within reasonable time frame. Our floor was wet once due to the heavy rain.

The view is AMAZING We have had a leak in the ceiling, but it was repaired, repainted and the carpet cleaned. Move in condition was excellent. Building is quiet, the only time I hear the neighbors in the guy upstairs on his treadmill. Nice amenities, gym and indoor pool included.
