DISGUSTING FILTHY OLD MOLDY BUG-INFESTED DON'T LIVE HERE

I moved here in June sight unseen b/c I didn't have the time to look around. It's so incredibly gross. Management does take care of the grass but not the apartments. Everything was filthy upon move in. I went over to mgmt apt 5 hours after I moved in to see if I could get out of my lease and they said no. I took pictures and am going to hire an atty to get out of this. I can't stay here for a year.
