After reading a few of the reviews, I was a little surprised.
I just moved from there and did not find any of those problems.
The mangaement was always on top of things when ever I called them. Never had to wait more then a day for results. True, that I only called once or twice..
The apartment complex was probably built in the 60's and yes, some look dated.
But, they were professionally painted, new locks, were installed new toliet seats were put on and the carpeting was steam cleaned.
For the 2 years I lived there, I cannot complain about anything.
The location was also very convient for me.
