Don't waste your money...... The townhouse is extremely drafty. There is cold air coming from the windows, both doors, and the floors. My utility bill has averaged $400 per month this winter with a setting at 71 degrees. Looks are deceiving. Maintenance does whatever, when ever!

Train is annoying Great place to live if you have pets. NJ Transit goes by very often and is impossible to avoid it. The price is also too high. Also walls have been painted many times to cover water damage from the Central Air damage. Laundry is unreliable with units breaking.
