I have lived here for a year. There is not much security. The windows do not lock and if you lift up a tile in the bathroom ceiling, you can crawl all the way into other peoples apartments. The heat has a hard time keeping the place warm in the winter, because there are drafts everywhere that you can never seem to get rid of. The Air Conditioning never gets the apartments below 80 in the summer and it runs for so long, the average electric bill for a 1 bedroom is 200.00 a month. We have tiles that are coming off in the kitchen and they will not fix them. The swimming pool does not work, which we were not aware of when we moved in. There was a fire on April 12 2004 and there are no firewalls at this place! If someones apartments catches on fire, you are screwed because it's going to burn down the whole building. I like the layout of the apartment, but it just seems like they try to not keep the place nice. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
