Something fishy about not being able to contact the landlord!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
This apartment was fairly well laid out, but the maintenence was shoddy. They were always trying to do everything the lazy man's way. Recently, I was happy to move out and guess what'.. It's been over a month and I still haven't gotten my $1000.00 deposit back!!! I cannot even call the acounting apartment at Westminster management because they don't give out the direct numbers. The only place you can call is the office at the apartment site. It seems like no one at Westminster returns phone calls either. They told me they were sending my check out 2 weeks ago! It doesn't take 2 weeks for something to travel through New Jersey. I smell a lawsuit coming.
