I have been living here for almost a year now and this is the most mickey mouse establishment you'll ever deal with....The apartments aren't that great first of all..very basic...and the new so called upgraded apartments cost an arm and a leg and aren't worth the money..Second of all...the rental office is a JOKE!! You better pay your rent before the first of the month or you'll be considered late...almost every month...I have to fight with the rental office because they take a week (at the very least) to post our payments! I was charged late twice because they were late in posting my payment not because I was late (because I wasn't). When I called one of the lady's she said..oh yeah here it is in the drop box..mind you it was there for over a WEEK! This is sad and ridiculous...DON'T GET ME STARTED ON THE HEATING COSTS! It will run you between $150 to $200 a month to heat your place and that's if you're being careful with the heat...and they don't bill you for the heat until months later!!! I got my first heating charges for the months of January and February IN JUNE!!! Then that's like $300 they expect you to cough up quick fast and in a hurry (because in the lease heating is considered additional rent)or they will take you to court to EVICT YOU!!! Also late fees are 10% of your rent so you're looking at at least 100 bucks! The maintenance takes forever to fix things....it took them 3 WEEKS to fix a leaky faucet in my bathroom and heaven forbid you're having difficulties and need a little extra time to pay rent...they say to notify them but...it's no use because they do not work with you.....I REGRET MOVING HERE AND WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY LEASE!!! So save yourself the drama and the headaches and don't even bother....all the pretty pictures you see on their site..are just of the rental office...the rest of the complex DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THAT! Just stay away! You will thank me for it...

I lived there 3 years and agree with everything said here. I was told often I was one of the best renters for payments on time and upkeep of apartment, but that didnt help me one bit. Windows are not air tight and you can see gaps between windows and walls, which is why heating bill and AC bills so high. They wont fix them. The once actually polled the residence on whether to fix windows or pave parking lot and ended up doing neither. The rent payment delay is so true too. The "new" apartments are just one building that was rebuilt after a fire. Nothing really different about the apartments, just newly rebuilt. Seriously consider other complexes before going here!
