Laundry room can be inconvenience.You have to use a card instead of coins. You have to take cash to the office where a machine on the wall where you have to slip your cash in the machine and credited to credit card type then take it to the washers and it starts up the washing machines but sometimes these washers donot function and if you need refund forget it you have to call 1-800 number and complain about.The machines are kind beat to they are in need of new ones.The purpose for the card is for security.No cash in the machines no theft.Good thing.One other thing if you move out and need a refund you have send card back to wash machine company who has the contract to have those washers there.Office will not grant refund.When grass is cut they have an outside grass cutting company comes to the apartment complex and they get grass all over your car and dust and dirt from the blowers and lawnmowers.So if you have nice car beware it could become damage by flying objects.Complaing is worthless.Winter time is a real mess they plow the roads poorly and block your car in with snow.So you better have your shovel handy.They raise the rent every year.Windows are leaky.Winter time your heat bill will be high.They installed new heater with central air some time ago which is good thing.Summer time the central air is nice.They are doing improvements from time to time.Its shaping up little at time.Hope my rent does not go threw the roof.Stay tune I'll try to keep you up to date with more feed back.New development there Maintenace men are suppose to be on call on weekends.They choose just not to respond.Also laundry room looks like pig pen
alot times that because the tenants need clean there own mess. There is no hot water for the washers.On the other hand they repainted and install new windows and heater seems to be updated and new front door and outside sideing is new addition.
