This was not the greatest place to live. The reasons are as follows:

1.The insulation wasn't the best so It was really drafty during the winter.
2.The heating or air had to be fixed at least once a year.
3.The stairs creak very loudly and you can hear everything going on next door through the paper-thin walls.
4.The rent goes up every single year at lease renewal.
5.Maintenance rarely comes when they say they will.
6.Maintenance sometimes come into your apartment unannounced. To their credit, they DO knock first and wait a few seconds, but if you don't answer, they walk right in. Just imagine waking up or coming out of the shower and finding some guys in your apartment,it can be VERY annoying. This is almost always due to them not coming on a day that THEY scheduled.

In spite of all this, they do seem to be trying to improve things by fixing up the place. But it's too little, too late for me. I'm outta there!
