I am renting this new apartment for one year. I will post a full review quarterly explaining the complete ins and outs of this apartment complex. My start date will be August 1st 2007.
***************************
Updated.. Overall, this apartment community was acceptable. Most major maintenance situations were handled quickly. The area is generally safe; frequent police traffic in and out of the community.(mainly patrolling) Some loud music from cars at times, but it mostly ceases by midnight.

The office staff, which once consisted of two women, one named Mirna, who was notorious for being rude and disrespectful to the residents, was removed from the premises, and no longer works for the apartment community. Most residents have had a problem with her, but things seem to be working better in the front office, now that she is gone.

The washer units are located on the grounds of the complex. They cannot hold much of a load, so you better make sure you fill up the laundry card with plenty money. (That can be done in the main office.)If their laundry facility is not acceptable, there is a laundromat literally walking distance from the apartment.

There is plenty parking available. I had two cars, and a motorcycle, and had no problems.

Thats it for now... The final say will be when I get the security deposit back!

Thanks!

You claim the things seem to be working better in the front office. well I got news for you .It hasn't improve porch lights are flashing and blinking and not working, two street lights are out and the ground lights behind the office in that field are never lit, screen doors missing, old furniture or debris stock pile by the dumpster area. Office closed in the middle of the afternoon that woman in the front office is nothing but an excuse maker. Washers where replace with coin machines and the laundry cards you speak of where never refund for the money that still owe on them and laundry room looks like pig pen at times. The old washers where long over due and the new ones are good feature no more running to the office to put money on a card .Now there installing washers in the units which they are not design for when the units where built back in the 70s which will drive the cost up higher on the rent and take away much internal needed space. More consideration should be in details of repair and the up keep instead of modifications. A general consensus should be taken outlining the quality of the apartments .Undesirables still live there the cops on two occasions that I seen where on call to the complex for some domestic issues ,minors are out past curfew. Second there asking to much for these apartments which there not worth what they want for them. I'm former tenant and occasional visitor. And I call as I see it. I'm glad I left.
