The apartment is really nice except for the NONEXISTENT insulation in the walls. Not only do I hear every little routine thing my neighbors do, my neighbors have a love affair with bass music. I think my apartment has measured on the Richter scale because of them, like living inside of a giant subwoofer. The building is constructed so two living rooms share the longest wall in the place. If you're looking to rent from here, make sure you check it out at different times of the day and inquire about the surrounding neighbors (ie have they had complaints against them for noise). We didn't do that extensive of research and are paying the price.

I love it though when the neighbors aren't home. I have a renovated unit and love the whole new kitchen, bathroom tile resurfacing and new carpet. The office staff has been really nice since I moved in. The bedroom in the 1 BR is huge, I have a washer/dryer in the unit itself (the renovated units all do). Parking on my street is amazing (there are two circles in the complex with probably triple the needed parking). A good place but needs more insulation and soundproofing. It's like having a roommate. I would definitely recommend someone to rent here with the caveat of doing your research on the neighbors.
