Now I have lived in this apartment for about 3 months and so far it has been good. I only needed something for a few months and this place was perfect for that. The price i think is a bit much esp since they have you pay extra for an upgraded apt which is upgraded kitchen w/ W & D and upgraded bathrooms (which they don't have yet). But not having a water bill with washer and dryers is great. Also the walls are not that thick so you can hear your neighbor esp when they run the bathroom water but little things like that don't bother me too much. If your military it's a good place. There is a lot of military out there and they do give you discounts. I think they need more parking b/c if you have more than 1 car you have to park it in a vistor spot and there aren't many of those next to the apts. The neighbors aren't really bad where i live. The only other problem is the window in the bedroom (like most places) when it's cold you feel a bit of a draft but you can find ways around that. Oh before i forget: None of the windows come with a screen, neither does the back door. I do think that should be added esp for people with children. Other than that its a good apt.

You really sugar coat this place in your review. You didn't factor the cost to live here. The price of these apartments are over in inflated. By installing theses new renovations did no service to the renter. This is what was done raise the rent every year. Lost of much needed floor space. Now your electric bill will go up in cost for using the new washer and dryer. And when they did these changes to the kitchen they didn't take into account how the kitchen was lay out from prior installation. They move locations of cabinets to an adjacent wall and you can hear kitchen cabinets slamming ,water running from faucet etc. from the next unit. Along with that removal of the exterior screen doors. Which changes the consistency of the appearance of the buildings. What is need it is details of the outside of the buildings a lot little things are damage an broken from weathering. All in all its just not worth it the high cost. Here is thought next time you go to the office ask them when they lower the rent. Answer: never. The other office manger from the prior management did better job of taking care of this place than now. And there was only one working in the office. Come on !! Come On!!

The ads for this apartment building complex are very misleading and in my opinion false advertisement. First off all,not all apts have upgraded baths/kitchens.Second they advertise energy effecient windows. If that is to mean in summer you get a breeze without opening the windows well then I guess thats a trueism. The pictures on the sight are of the office patio and the apt they show is the "model". Do not be fooled into thinking they all look like this. The rents as stated in prior comments is yes overinflated. Before considering these apts look harder. there are more modern, energy efficient apartments out there that are less money and a better value.
