Since living here was so horrible and the office staff the manager Kelly was useless and never at the office. I would say save your money, or move to any other apartment that are not own by Morgan Properties.

I have been living here for years now and the manager now is still Kelly. Quite helpful and always willing to help with all of my situations. Kelly has been there for over 10 years and maintains a pleasant attitude and runs the property well. People should understand that she does her job based on the company standards. She has undergone three different managements at this office and I think she is great.
