This review is for the one bedroom upstairs apartment I rented for several years. The location is conveniently close to major shopping areas, the NJ Turnpike, and McGuire AFB. The rooms are large and there is allot of pleasing sunlight. The kitchen is big for a one-bedroom apartment, yet cabinet and counter space is limited due to one wall being taken up by the 40-gallon water heater, central heat/air, and washer/dryer units. Having your own water heater is nice, as you do not have to worry about neighbors using up all the hot water as happens in other apartment complexes. There is a small deck off the kitchen that is big enough for a lawn chair and not much else. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. Most of the apartment units are in two-story buildings with four apartment units in each at two per floor. As is true with most apartment complexes, you will want an upstairs unit for the extra quiet and security.

You get a washer/dryer/dishwasher in your apartment and access to a fitness center, tennis court, and pool. Normally you would be lucky to find washer/dryer hookups in this geographic area (communal spaces are the norm), so having all these appliances included in your apartment is a very nice feature. The bathrooms have odd color schemes, but you can make it an effective room with the right window and bath curtains and accessories. The management has been consistently great over the years. The maintenance staff is fast and courteous. The trash dumpsters tend to overflow around the major Holidays. There is no assigned (reserved) parking so you wont always find a spot outside your front door; yet parking was never an issue for me. With over 500 parking spaces for the over 200 apartments, I was always able to quickly find a spot.

These are arguably the finest one-bedroom apartments in the Mount Holly area. The two bedroom units on the other hand, do not offer substantially more living space, just a different interior layout resulting in noticeably smaller rooms. They are still a very good deal for the money. These apartments are all highly recommended.

If this place is rated at 92% it's only b/c Management is writing these testimonials in. Maybe that's why the property sucks, management is sitting on their butts all day trying to make their rating go up, lol!!
