Acceptable From: jbarry Date posted: 1/18/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Lived here for 9 months. No requests from management. Heat is fine, can easily keep apartment at 75 if desired. Shower has good water pressure and lots of hot water. Problems: In summer the one AC unit in the living room is ineffective at cooling bedroom, so shut the bedroom door and sleep in the living room on a futon. Mailboxes are quite small, so I have packages sent to my workplace. Kitchen sink is small. When I moved in new carpets, light fixtures (although nothing too exciting). Make sure you check AC air filter, mine was not cleaned when I moved in (I found out later...) No problem with parking. There is a fee for using the pool, which I opted not to pay.
