I had a leak in the bathroom for a year. I called maintenance again and it was finally fixed. The neighbor upstairs broke something in the shower now there is a whole in the master bedroom wall looks like it has sewage coming out of it. I called twice in two weeks and they still haven't come to fix it. My prior neighbors had a washer and dryer upstairs which was illegal. They had the machine in the kitchen and one day left it unattended, the hose got loose and leaked all through my kitchen, that was 8 months ago. Maintenance told me they would come and never did.
