Advice on choosing 1st or 2nd floor

1. If you are parent(s) with kids, go for 1st floor. The insulation between 2nd floor and 1st floor is not good. Even if kids walk on the 2nd floor, it generates sound to 1st floor. We heard that management will ask the tenants to vacate if such sound comes from 2nd floor.
When you pick the 1st floor, don't shut the entrance door hard, for it causes vibration in the 2nd floor.

2. If you do not have kids and wants peace of mind, go for 2nd floor and keep your walking level to normal so that 1st floor people can live peacefully too.
