Ramblewood Village Apartments

Decent area but apartments are OLD! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/16/2007 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2007   The maintenance people are not qualified to be doing the job they are attempting to do. They often make things worse when they attempt to fix it or they accuse you of breaking it to begin with. The buildings are really starting to show age. They did a minor "upgrade" when the new company purchased the property such as new linoleum, counter tops and appliances but these places really need new windows, doors , heating systems etc... The rent rates have sky-rocketed but the service has not! Bottom line is, you can spend the same or less money and live elsewhere in mount Laurel so do yourself a favor and pass on Ramblewood. PS. Your electric/gas bill can be as high as $500.00 a month in the winter if you are in one of the townhouses. NOTHING is energy efficient.
