It is a good starter apartment. I have lived here for two years, the service is great, very fast responses from the maintenance crew. However, very small and very expensive. Watch out for the rent increases, our went up 2 hundred in the time we were there. lots of breakins and not enough parking spaces. definately not worth 1165 a month.
