I lived at Summit from the Fall of 2003 through the Fall of 2004. The units were a bit small for the money, and I did hear that the monthly rent was going up. However, I was more than pleased with the maintenance and the office staff was always very nice. Parking was sometimes a bit of a hassle, but not really a big deal. Summit is a bit pricey, but I would consider going back. It was a very nicely maintained community.
