My roomate and I had recently terminated our lease from Summit Apartments. For $1,145.00 a month, you certainly do not get what you pay for! There was a odor problem in all of the closets in our apartment, including the walk in one! So all of our belongings and cloths stunk all the time. There was one morning where I woke up to a bunch of ants roaming around the kitchen floor and the living room where the AC/Heating unit is! And to top it off, all the appliances are really old and our electric bill averaged $175 a month! My roomate and I couldn't wait long enough to terminate our lease, despite the $1,700.00 cost to do so. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! If your considering this place, the best advice I can give to you is to run!
