Very nice community and location, but management staff definitely not up to snuff for what I've been paying! It's a very quiet apt complex with well kept lawn and parking. However, my heater broke in late October and I was left without heat in the apartment for 1 week while they waited on a replacement. I was also not notified of when maintenance entered my apartment to perform the repairs, I just had to keep testing to see if the heat worked that day. I've also had to request 3 times for them to repair my water heater, as the hot water only lasts for 15 minutes (fine if I'm the only one that needs a shower), and all three occasions they claimed to have fixed it with no results. I've also had bad experience with one woman that works in the office, she is very nice but seems to be quite spacey. I wouldn't trust her to follow through on anything.

In general, wonderful if you won't require any help!
