I lived at this place two years and was royally ripped off. First you pay $1000 a month for a junior one bedroom ( about 575 sq ft ) and a water sewage bill on top of that. No, there is no central air or heat. Just a window unit that heats and cools with a vent to the bedroom only. I suffocated every summer and still had to run a fan in the bedroom and bathroom. No vents in the bathroom to heat or cool. The parking was THE ABSOLUTE WORST! All the spots filled up by 10pm and you wind up parking a block from your apartment or in the grass. For a $1000 a month'!!!! The tenants came and went like a revolving door. The rents are waaaaaaaaay too high. Every thunderstorm there was a powersurge and/or blackout. The cable always went out. The dogs rule the roost at this place and crap all over the grass. $1000 a month'!!! They jacked up the rent religiously $30 a year. The electric bill was outrageous. The cows in the office didn't know you were dead or alive unless you were late with the rent. Then they slap you with a 10% late fee $100!This management company was the biggest bloodsuckers that drained my wallet every month. They spent way too much on the flowers and other unneccessary crapola. When I left they were spending more of the tenants money on new siding and windows!!! The complex is only 15 years old!!!More waste. No there is no community room for parties...No pool....No there is no hardwood floors...No stainless steel appliances...No nice carpet...Small closets...you get nothing for a $1000 dollars but a tiny, cramped hole of an apartment in the New Jersey pine barrens...close to nothing...just trees, noisy highway and strip malls. The trucks that barrell down the New Jersey Turnpike will keep you awake all night. Kept the windows closed for two years. The gals at the office boasted about "this is the price of rents for the Mount Laurel lifestyle". Overpriced like every other New Jersey town that is taxing everyone out of the state. The neighbors sucked and the walls are paper thin. When ever the tenants smoked and drank beer it was another sleepless night. I could go on, and on, and on telling you how bad this place sucked. The only people that could afford to live here are the military with their free rent benefits from uncle sam. Everyone else drowns in the outrageously high rents. At the pleasure of corporate management. Keep driving past this place and save yourself some money and hardaches.
