Stirling Court is a rip-off

I've been at Stirling Court for over a year, I like the size of the apartment and the fact that most of my surrounding neighbors are quiet military types. The appliances in the kitchen were all new but poorly installed, the dishwasher is not secured under the counter and moves easily, the linoleum floor is turning yellow and rolling up at the edges and the caulking is a joke. On top of the shoddy craftsmenship in the kitchen you have terrible caulk work in the bathroom coupled with shower tiles that they use a sealer over...the sealer needed to be replaced with 3 months of moving in and the tiles underneath the sealer are terribly deformed and the wall is likely rotten.
Stirling Court does offer central air, however the air conditioning units are EXTREMELY obsolete, expect huge electric bills in the summer months. The a.c. unit is so old that when it runs it vibrates the whole balcony and the sliding glass door. The huge electric bills can't be blamed solely on the a.c. unit, half of the blame must be placed on the terribly out dated windows and sliding glass door. During the spring months one of the windows flat out fell apart while I was openning it and another one's storm window needed to be completely removed because it was not functional. I also had an awful ant infestation problem in the spring months in the den and kitchen areas.
The maintence crew is hit and miss, one individual was a kind and polite gentleman while the other was a flat out a**hole. The grounds are generally kept well, though the landscaping company fails to remove those spike balls that fall during the winter months, I've nearly fallen numerous times carrying an armful of groceries. Parking can be an issue depending where your apartment is situated, if you live on the end with the mail boxes don't be surprised if you can't find a spot. Location is not as desirable, Stirling Court lies between one of the worst sections of Mt. Laurel (Willow Turn) and a liquor store...so expect to see a lot of random people cutting through to the parking lot and the corresponding woods.
For nearly $1200 a month the above issues are unacceptable!
