I've been here since December 2007. I love my apartment. For the area the price is about the same as anywhere else. I chose the upgraded apartment with new appliances and upgraded bathroom. I live alone and the 1 bedroom is plenty big for me. Water bill is around $20/Month and my electric has never gone above $150/Month. (My apartment feels like a meat locker; I keep my A/C on 24/7) All my neighbors are very nice. I've never had a problem with crime or ever felt unsafe here. I'm in the Military and I've lived a lot of places, and this has to be one of the nicest apartments I've had. It might seem more expensive, but when you live in between 2 big cities, expect to pay more. Overall I would recommend Summit to anyone.

So, there is no choice but to run the AC 24/7 because it doesn't shut off. It is some kind of bizarre wall unit in the living room (rather unsightly) that has to heat/cool the entire apartment. Needless to say, I lived in the one bedroom, and my bill was rarely, if ever, below $150. Most likely this is posted by a member of the office or someone who obviously hasn't spent much time in their apartment. If you spend the time to look around in some of the neighboring towns, Medford and Voorhees, for example, you will find other comparable apartments in nicer towns (less trashy condo neighbors at least) at a lower cost. The one bedroom is too small for most single people, and I lived there with my significant other. It was incredibly cramped. It stunk. I wouldn't recommend this place, and I wouldn't be surprised if this is the rude, obnoxious, know-it-all office staff posting. That is assuming the old bats know how to use a computer. Believe me, you would understand if you ever had to deal with them for even a minor problem! Good luck!
