Summit Apts I have lived here for over a year, and the rent is very reasonable. The 1 bedroom apt has enough room and a nice balcony. A busy yet quiet community. The neighbors are very friendly but not intrusive.

An enjoyable stay I recently vacated Summit Apartments after two lovely years due to an employment transfer. I had a beautiful view from my balcony. There was an excellent maintenance and office staff available. I always felt welcome everytime I went to the office. If I ever get transferred back

Heating/Cooling system sucks. Runs all day and night and is costly. Neighbors were noisy. Charged same amount for water no matter how much you used every month. Very small for the money. Utilities were very old and needed to be replaced.

It is a good starter apartment. I have lived here for two years, the service is great, very fast responses from the maintenance crew. However, very small and very expensive. Watch out for the rent increases, our went up 2 hundred in the time we were there. lots of breakins and not enough parking
