YES. I've live in SUmmit apartments for almost a year and i do love it.
Entrances are private so you never really run into any neighbors.
No noise complaints at all but i live on the 3rd floor.
The people are friendly.
Location is great.
Balcony is nice.
Pet friendly.

Things are changing here... I've lived here for 2 and 1/2 years and for 2 of them it was like hitting the apartment lottery... quiet neighbors, great units, lovely landscaping... and suddenly I have an upstairs neighbor who parties and plays loud music, the trash area is a disgrace

An enjoyable stay I recently vacated Summit Apartments after two lovely years due to an employment transfer. I had a beautiful view from my balcony. There was an excellent maintenance and office staff available. I always felt welcome everytime I went to the office. If I ever get transferred back

Heating/Cooling system sucks. Runs all day and night and is costly. Neighbors were noisy. Charged same amount for water no matter how much you used every month. Very small for the money. Utilities were very old and needed to be replaced.
