| I have been living here 2 years, they rasied the rent twice. It is very expensive for a small apartment with one bedroom. You are better off renting a house. I am leaving here asap. | ||||||||||||

| I would not recommend Brighton Arms to anyone. Just get the yellow pages and call other apartments in Neptune, Belmar or Ocean township. You will find more reasonable rent and better apartment. | ||||||||||||

| The rent at Brighton Arms is high and management has large rent increases in subsequent years once you move in. Apartments have roaches. Maintenance is not good. Office Manager is obnoxious. | ||||||||||||
