Of all the apartments in monmouth, I have to say this is probably one of the best apartments for the money. I've live in quite a few apartments within monmouth, and this is the only one that has central air! I hate having to put window units in during the summer and take them out for the winter.

The aparment complex is directly across the street from the Neptune City Police station, which makes it a pretty safe neighborhood. Not to say that Neptune City has a lot of crime, it's just reassuring to have the Police station so close.

The superintendent is a really kind person. I don't know of any other apartment complex where the super will watch your dog for a few days if you are away! It's not like he gets paid to do that, it's just the sort of person he is. If you don't pester him for jobs, and go about maintenance requests properly, he'll get the job done.

The apartment complex is near the Shark River and a few blocks away from the Neptune City Park and recreational area.
