This is a review in response to the absurd review that Mr or Mrs Annoymous wrote on July 6. I just want to start by saying EVERYTHING written is FALSE and falls under the lines of slander!! This apt. complex is the BEST out of Monmouth County with one of the BEST super you'll ever have. The super gets everything fixed that day or as soon as he can to what is in his means, if he needs to call out a contractor to fix your problem he does that day, it is not his fault if the contractor takes his time. The super DOES NOT play favorites he respects EVERYONE on his property as long as you respect him, and even if you are a low class individual who likes to treat other like poo, he will still show you respect. There are BRAND NEW washers and dryers in the laundry room which include front loaders, and if you have a big load even tho he keeps the laundry rooms open 24 hours for his tennants convience, there is 4 laundry mats 5mins or less away with one being 24 hours. All the side walks and parking lots are NOT in shambles and they were just repaved again 4 months ago. About the bills, on the properties site as well as it being stated in your lease you do pay for all utilities, and YES they do fluctuate, but anyone who has lived in an apt knows that is based on your useage, and if there is a discrepency you need to contact the untility provider, that has nothing to do with the super or the property. The garbage area is not disguesting in fact there have been numerous nights that the super is out cleaning the the area after his hours to maintain the look of the property, and if it is overfilled he contacts Delessa to come pick up early. When I moved in I had an issue with my refrig and dishwasher and within 24 hours I had new appliances put into my apt. I also had a couple of ER maintence calls where the super was at my apt at Midnight fixing the problem and making sure everything was okay and even had the contractor out the next morning to double check his work. There are no favorites as far as paying for pets, and that is just a fabricated line, since pet fees are collected at the signing of the lease or when a pet is obtained. As far as the office goes in Parsippany, yes they are not good with responding to tennants, in fact they never talk to there tennants and the companies main office is horrific, but that has NOTHING to do with the super, and whats good is the super takes care of your issues and works to fix your complaints so you dont have to get frustrated with the main office. The super on this property goes above and beyond his calls of duties, you'll never find another super that if you have an emergency and cant check on your pets, he will walk and feed your pets so you can put your mind to rest. He is knowledgeable at every aspect of his job. The only thing that the super asks is to put your maintence request in writing (which is also stated in the lease), and 100% of the time the request is already done, fixed, and taken care of before you even write up the request. Now with the sprinklers they are on a timer during season, it doesnt matter if its raining or not hense the timer, and the water used is well water so it doesnt effect your bill anyway. And the timer and settings is not controled by the staff. Overall Hampshire is a wonderful community, its quiet, nice, has central air, is immaculate for the money and the best find in monmouth county, and the biggest thing that makes the property great is having such a wonderful super that breaks his back doing everything (even things he's not paid to do, but does out of the kindness of his heart). Whom ever wrote that other maliscious post I feel sorry for, bc the words of slander against the super, and the lines of ignorance about not knowing how bills are calculated, or how a water sprinkler timer works should just show you their whole review should be written off. I love this property, the staff (minus the parsippany office), and if you get lucky enough to make Hampshire your home, you and your pets, will find peace and happiness, its def. Home sweet home!!
