Nice community - Overall a very nice place to rent. Neighbors are friendly but at the same time keep to themselves. Nice and Quiet I've been here for about a year and no problems, i can't hear any of my neighbors and the landlord and cats are aloud. Only complaint is they just added individual gas bills to the units.

Look elsewhere I would not recommend Brighton Arms to anyone. Just get the yellow pages and call other apartments in Neptune, Belmar or Ocean township. You will find more reasonable rent and better apartment.

Just Moved In - Very nice cmmunity Just moved into a second floor, one-bedroom apartment. The layout is open, the kitchen is very efficient, plenty of closet space. Nice balcony off the living room, just big enough for a lounger. Rent is $940, all utilities separate. Pets

Clean and Quiet Very quiet and secluded, but close to all major hwys. No insect/rodent issues. Pets allowed. Issue resolution by the office staff. Altogether, nice apartment living.

Mouse of a place You will find mice running around all over the place and if you complain you will be blamed for welcoming the predators ....and not to mention bugs ..strange looking bugs jump around in bathroom ....yuks ...beware ...rent only if you can live with these creatures creeping around.
