I like it here I lived here for two years and I really like it. I have no complaints. The two times I had to call maintance they came right out to fix the problem. No rats or roaches or anything crazy like that. A very nice place to live.

No complaints... Great staff (both friendly and helpful). The units are very nice and cheap! The utility bills are unusually cheap too! Overall, there is no major noise, parking is OK, and people are very nice! I recommend overall!

JUMPING BROOK WEST 1 WAY IN 1WAY OUT. MANAGEMENT NEVER RESPONSE. WRITE A COMPLAINT AND THEY INGNORE IT. NO ASSIGN PARKING. BACK DOOR BROKE, CLOSETS DONT HANG, STOVE DOESNT WORK,AND LEAK FROM CEILING IS BROKEN.
