Compared to some of the horror stories for other apartments on this site, this place must be pretty good.

Apartment was delivered very clean and painted (not even a nail pop on the sheetrock). Everything worked. Lots of closet space. Bathrooms in good shape. Noticed a small leak in hall bathroom sink.
Called management office, was fixed the NEXT DAY (with a note confirming they were in the apartment and work completed).
Office staff (Sherry) is very friendly.
Have one of the smaller units (2 bedrooms, 2 baths).

Rent is affordable (by north/central Jersey standards). However, if you're looking for a pool, clubhouse, amenities, etc. no such thing (guess why rent is what it is).
Sorry excuse for a playground.

With windows open, a little noisy from Rt.202 traffic. However, they must be of decent quality because close them and you don't hear anything.

No frills. However, a clean, bug-free (have only seen a few spiders) working apartment with an attentive management office at the right price.
