When I moved in to Whiton Hills, a 1 bedroom apartment was $920 and it was a good deal. Then, I found out that Whiton Hills RAISES YOUR RENT EVERY YEAR ! ! ! ! ! ! !
If that isn't bad enough, they are so petty that they stick their hands in your pocket for extra security as well.
The people running these apartments are greedy jerks who are too stupid to realize that by raising your rent every year, they will eventually increase the rent to a point where it will not be worth the $.
Pass on this nightmare.

All apartments raise rent every year. The additional security deposit was only like $20 extra and security deposits are no big deal because they return it to you when you move out, that is IF you ever plan on leaving. Security deposits are for any damages we cause to the apartment, which I feel is only fair to the owners. The walls WERE paper thin here and I lived next to a crabby lady as one person mentioned on another post.
