I lived here for two years, and I agree with many of the reviews. Rent was frequently raised, and the walls were paper thin!! Luckily, for the first year, we did not have neighbors on either side, but as soon as the neighbors moved it, we heard everything! It sounded like a herd of elephants every time they ran up and down the stairs. Air circulation was not the best, one room would be piping hot and the other would be ice cold. I resorted to getting a fan and a space heater for my room. I got locked out of my aparment once, but I easily broke in using a credit card. That made me worry about safety. But the complex in general is pretty safe, I did not hear of any incidents.

Parking was not the best, in the winter, some spots were not thoroughly cleaned, so there ended up being less parking than needed. Also, there is a Senior Living center in the middle of the complex, so many of the senior citizens take up the parking.

It is relatively quiet, and a nice place to come home; I would recommend Whiton Hills.
