I have lived in Whiton Hills for 6 mths. I really like living here. At times it is a bit noisy with the windows open but the apartment is spacious, clean and there is lots of storage. Getting down 202 is a pain as there is a lot of traffic, but if you work nearby it's a great place to rent. Prices are not so great however that you can save up for your own home. A 2BR 2.5 bath can run you 1400 per month. My family and friends love the fact that it feels like you are in a really large townhome. I like it here but would move if the rent goes up consistently at an exorbitant rate. I think you're better off getting an upstairs apartment. The downside is parking which is sometimes challenging if you have 2 cars and the garbage bins are really ugly. I'd suggest coming in. Sherri is great to work with in the leasing office.
