Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
Just few comments:
- cold - blowing left and right - your gas bill will soar especially if you live in 2bd townhome style apt
- walls - thin-cheap construction - you hear absolutelly everything on the other side of the wall
- maintanance - in the summer landscaping every second day with all dirt piled up right in front of your door
- maintanance crew - slow and inefficient - you will wait from 2 - 4 weeks for repair if it's not emergency (you have to remind them couple times and they will come if you are lucky)
- 2bd townhome style - $1,425 (started as 1,400 and increased $ 25 just in couple months) - fairly overpriced
Overall: nice location but bad construction and poor management
