The place is OK overall, but you might want to look elsewhere. Some of the things that I noticed about the place was that the rent rose every year. There also seems to be an increasing amount of fees in each lease that I've seen. They're beginning to charge a small fortune for "painting fees," which they do regardless of whether it's necessary with each unit. In addition to that, it is one of those places that does everything that it can (and cites everything it can provide, bordering on the absurd) to keep your security deposit.

The walls aren't "paper thin," but it's not hard to hear a spirited conversation going on in an adjacent unit. There is a washer/dryer in the unit, but good luck with anything larger than a moderate load. Drying times are pretty long as well. Maintenance was very helpful when you could get them scheduled. Parking was OK except around holidays. Mysterious cars appear from everywhere, which means getting back home may be a hike. It seemed to be a much nicer place initially than it soon became. There were some people of questionable character visiting guests, which is how it always starts. I got out as soon as I could.
