Ok...so I have lived here for about 1 1/2 years and I really like this complex. The grounds are clean and taken care of. The 1 bedroom apartment that I am in is a pretty nice sized apartment compared to some that you would find in nearby Somerville or Hillsborough that are only about 650 sq. feet. The heating bill is not has high as the last guy said...hello, it's 20 freaking degrees outside...your heating bill is gonna be a little high...I will say the bedroom gets a little colder than the rest of the apartment...but other than that, there really isn't that much of a problem with drafts or anything. Parking is fine...the only reason I only gave three stars for parking and noise was because of the inconsiderate people living above me who will leave their car sitting in the same parking spot in front of my door for 3 months at a time and they do not move it...and if they do move it, they will park one of their other 4 CARS in its spot so they keep the same spot...and they are very very noisy...They stomp on the floor at 7am and sometimes it sounds like they are gonna come through the ceiling...it could be the construction of the place, but i don't think it is. I think the area is pretty safe...you could leave your door open at 9pm and the only thing you have to worry about coming in are the deer. I don't know what part of the complex that other person lives in that saw "shady people" coming in and out...but I don't see it..the office staff is pretty good...but the maintenance do leave a little something to be desired. They replaced the sprinkler heads in my apartment and spackled within a timely manner, but they never came back to sand, paint, or put the rims around the new sprinkler heads...but when something is wrong with your apartment, they usually come quickly. Overall, it really is a pretty good community...with the exception of a few rotten apples living there...but then again, what apartment complex won't have that...
