The 1 bedroom apartment that I am in is a pretty nice sized apartment compared to some that you would find in nearby Somerville or Hillsborough that are only about 650 sq. feet. Loud neighbors but clean and grounds kept nice! I lived in Whiton Hills for two years, although the grounds were nice, the people upstairs were extremely loud, they might as well have been in our apartment! Parking is not that great either, especially in the winter when it snows!

Prepare yourself for Annual Surprises When I moved in to Whiton Hills, a 1 bedroom apartment was $920 and it was a good deal. Then, I found out that Whiton Hills RAISES YOUR RENT EVERY YEAR ! ! ! ! ! ! !

A Great Place to Live Whiton Hills is a great place to live because it is quiet, easily accessible to highways, and is near a residential neighborhood. This community is very clean, the apartments are spacious, hardwood floors throughout, and 2 balconies. I would definitely recommend this complex

Terrible management staff The place is OK overall, but you might want to look elsewhere. Some of the things that I noticed about the place was that the rent rose every year. There also seems to be an increasing amount of fees in each lease that I've seen. They're beginning to charge

- cold - blowing left and right - your gas bill will soar especially if you live in 2bd townhome style apt
